About Neon Belly MMA
Neon Belly MMA is a community-focused Muay Thai and MMA gym in East Nashville offering beginner-friendly training for adults of all levels. Classes cover Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA (striking, wrestling and BJJ fundamentals) and a members-only open mat, plus 1-on-1 personal training. It is run by Coach Joe, a BJJ purple belt with nine MMA and kickboxing fights, who began training in 2006 under former UFC fighter Adrian Serrano.
