210 Jiu Jitsu and MMA in San Antonio, TX was co-founded by four people: Steven Portillo, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and respected referee who has coached World and Pan American champions including youth athletes; Anthony Ivy, a 2nd degree BJJ black belt, UFC and PFL veteran and professional mixed martial artist who has built multiple adult and youth MMA champions; Linda Olivares (Professor Linda Gutierrez), a BJJ black belt and IBJJF competitor who built and led a women's team at her previous academy and is expanding the women's program here; and Laurie Ivy, who runs academy operations and member experience. The academy teaches gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu and MMA to beginners through competitors, adults and youth.
