About Ambush Muay Thai

Ambush Muay Thai is a Muay Thai and kickboxing school founded in 2010 by head coach Elton Wells, a full instructor with Buddhai-Sawan USA, with locations in Austin, Cedar Park and two in San Antonio. Training is rooted in traditional Muay Thai with elements of western boxing and runs as a graded curriculum: a semi-private Intro class, then Beginners, Foundations, and an approval-only Fight Team, plus a kids programme following the USMF Youth Development League format. The San Antonio branch on West Ave has been led by head coach Bobby Peek since 2017 and its team competes regularly in regional and national Muay Thai events.
