Mori Training Center at 3733 S 250 W in Ogden, Utah - just off Riverdale Road behind the Newgate Mall - is a family-owned school teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA, boot camp and children's BJJ and Muay Thai. Owner and head instructor Eduardo Mori is a 4th degree BJJ black belt and judo black belt who started in Kyokushin karate in Brazil at six, trained in Japan where he opened the country's first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, fought no-holds-barred in Pancrase and SAW and went 9-0 in Extreme Fighting after moving to Chicago in 1999. His wife Rachel Mori, a BJJ brown belt and decorated masters competitor, also teaches. The gym is equipped with heavy bags, padded takedown walls and a full lifting area, and the site says it has over 150 students.
