About Coastal Muay Thai
Coastal Muay Thai (CMT) is a Muay Thai, boxing and strength-training coaching practice in Roanoke, Virginia, founded by professional Muay Thai fighter and coach Frankie Vincent. It works with individuals, teams and groups through one-to-one coaching, team and group training, weekend workshops and guest instructing, and it writes strength curriculums for other gyms and schools. Training begins with a 45-90 minute inquiry consultation and a questionnaire rather than a drop-in class, and the gym fields the CMT Fight Team. It teaches no Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
