BJJ in Renton

Renton sits at the south end of Lake Washington, about 15 minutes southeast of Seattle and 10 minutes north of Kent. Ruffhouse is the city's single listed academy and carries the **Carlson Gracie** affiliation — giving South King County one of the lineage's clearest local flags outside of Seattle proper. The Carlson Gracie lineage, with its emphasis on competition and aggressive top game, is well-represented in the Pacific Northwest through Ruffhouse and Seattle's Marcelo Alonso BJJ and Snowblind BJJ.
