About Ice House Athletics
Ice House Athletics at 216 Industrial Avenue in Casper, WY runs Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian jiu-jitsu under one roof, including kids classes and conditioning sessions. The BJJ program is led by Professor Grant Gaither, a black belt promoted by Finnie McMahon in 2016, a three-time Fight to Win Pro black belt competitor and a Pan American medallist at blue, purple and brown belt; he is supported by Josh Albrecht, a Casper Police sergeant and the department's head defensive tactics instructor, and brown belt Kyle Endres on the kids class. Tae Kwon Do is taught by David McKenzie Jr., a 5th-degree black belt and head of the Western Tae Kwon Do Karate Association who has taught since 1987, with Jessica McQuistion running kids and conditioning classes.
