It runs mixed-levels adult classes at 11am and 6pm and kids' classes at 5pm, gi on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and no-gi on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, plus a Littles class for 4-6 year olds and a Friday evening open mat.
