About Elevated Studios Martial Arts
Elevated Studios Martial Arts is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Wilmington, Delaware, founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife black belts Stephen and Renee Plyler. The timetable is split into Youth 1 (ages 4-8), Youth 2 (9-13), Fundamental and Advanced adult classes in both gi and no-gi, a women's-only class, private lessons and open mats on Sunday and Friday. Stephen Plyler is a third-degree black belt under Phil and Ricardo Migliarese of Balance Studios, a No-Gi Pan Am medallist and multiple-time Fight to Win champion; the academy also runs a satellite programme in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania headed by Phil Abbott.
