About Goju Training Center
Goju Training Center, also known as Goju-Robics, is a martial arts school and gym at 402 Justison Street on the Wilmington Riverfront in Delaware, serving Wilmington, New Castle and Newark. It teaches kids' martial arts segmented by age and rank (5-8 beginners and BBT 1, 9-12 beginner/intermediate), teen and adult martial arts, an advanced black belt class, women's self-defence, and its signature Goju-Robics cardio kickboxing, which runs at 6am on weekday mornings and Saturday. Personal training and group exercise classes are also available, and the school offers a free trial class in both martial arts and kickboxing.
