Kids programs are divided into Little Champions 1 (ages 3–6), Little Champions 2 (ages 7–9), Juniors (ages 10–13), and No-Gi All Levels. A dedicated self-defense program is designed for women and children. 750+ students transformed, 56+ competitions attended, 47+ medals won.
