About Gracie Barra Saint Johns
Gracie Barra St Johns at 10440 US-1 in St Augustine, Florida is the second mat of Gracie Barra North Florida, sister academy to GB Jacksonville, and sits close to Nocatee with an on-site recovery room (sauna, compression boots and massage gun). It teaches the Gracie Barra curriculum only — GBK0/GBK1/GBK2 for ages 3-14, GB1 fundamentals for adults in alternating gi and no-gi weeks, the GBF women's programme, adult Live Training three evenings a week, a Saturday open mat and a monthly leg-lock-only Sunday session. Head instructor Prof Juan Romero is a 1st-degree black belt, Pan-American gold medallist and IBJJF and Abu Dhabi World Pro medallist with more than 13 years on the mat.
