About Jiu Jitsu - Honolulu

Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy Honolulu is a Renzo Gracie network school at 1001 Dillingham Blvd, teaching gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu under the leadership of Rodrigo Gracie Jr. Its programs cover beginners, advanced training, kids classes, open mat and competition prep, with adult gi classes on weekday evenings, kids classes midweek and at weekends, and a Friday open mat. Training hours are 5:00-7:30 PM Monday to Friday and 9:00-11:00 AM at weekends, and new students start with a free trial class.
