About Egley Train Academy | Boise
Egley Train Academy is a family-owned academy at 1462 S Entertainment Ave in Boise teaching what it brands American Jiu-Jitsu — the same gi and no-gi grappling foundation as BJJ — plus Muay Thai and meditative arts (tai chi, qigong, breathwork). Programs run for preschoolers, kids 4-12, teens, adults and a women's-only class led by a female instructor, with a 6-Week Beginner Course as the on-ramp and roughly 58 classes a week across morning, midday and evening slots. It is led by Coach Michael Egley, a black belt under Keenan Cornelius, and has run since 2022 with a second location in Mountain Home.
