Omens Martial Arts in Idaho Falls, Idaho runs three programmes: Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan for ages four upward, Omens Striking (a stand-up class influenced by Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do, aimed at people competing in MMA, kickboxing or Muay Thai), and Omens Grappling, a wrestling-based class taught by All-American wrestler and MMA fighter Taite "The Martian" Martin. It was opened in 2017 by Anna Kays, who has over 25 years of Tae Kwon Do training, and is run with her fellow instructor and Marine Corps veteran Aaron Kays.
