No Joke Mixed Martial Arts (NJMA) is a locally owned gym in the Rockford/Loves Park area of Illinois teaching Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with a full belting system in both MMA and BJJ for all ages and experience levels. Youth programs run as Little Kickers (ages 4-6, roughly 80% jiu-jitsu and 20% kickboxing), Children's Mixed Martial Arts (7-12) and a children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class; adult boxing classes are 50 minutes of technique and conditioning with no contact required.
