Black Flag Jiu-Jitsu on Airport Drive in Rockford, Illinois was founded by Rockford natives Kenneth Martin and Aaron Lynde and is affiliated with Pedigo Submission Fighting, one of the most accomplished American jiu-jitsu competition teams. It runs All Levels jiu-jitsu built on the Constraint-Led Approach, an Intro to Grappling class, a competition room open to hobbyists and competitors alike, Youth I for ages 5-9 and Youth II for ages 9-17, and a wrestling programme it is currently building out — a dedicated wrestling area was re-matted in August 2026.
