FLOW Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches modern submission grappling in Granger, Indiana, inside the FitStop24-Granger gym, and has served the Michiana region for over ten years — formerly under the name Zero Ego Jiu-Jitsu. It runs kids' classes split into Little Wolf Pups (3-8) and Big Wolf Pups (9-13), adult classes for 14 and up mixing technique, movement and live rolls, and a competition team, with open mats, locker rooms, showers and a kid watch area. Head instructor Adam Kim and instructor Tim Guikema are both first-degree black belts in the Carlson Gracie line through Ricardo 'Rey' Diogo and Casey Pielemeier. Memberships are month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fees, and the first two weeks are free.
