Indy Boxing and Grappling (IBG) sits on the near east side of Indianapolis and is home to competitors in professional MMA, professional boxing and professional jiu-jitsu, including fighters who have gone on to the UFC, Bellator and BKFC. Its facility has a boxing ring, heavy bags and mat areas, and its programmes are competitive boxing (16+), unlimited boxing, jiu-jitsu for beginners through competitors, and an invite-only MMA class. Kids' boxing is open from age 8 with parental supervision; jiu-jitsu is 14 and up.
