About Evolution Athletix

Evolution Athletix is a 14,000 square foot gym at 4 Cascade Road in Saco, Maine, established in 2017 and combining group fitness with a full martial arts programme — around 18 programmes and 70 classes a week under one membership. The martial arts side runs gi BJJ most weekdays plus BJJ fundamentals, submission grappling, wrestling, takedowns and transitions, boxing, kickboxing, intro to MMA, intro to sparring, an advanced MMA class, a no-gi competition class and a law-enforcement-only combatives session; youth classes cover kids MMA (4-7), youth BJJ, no-gi grappling and kickboxing (8-13), youth wrestling and youth strength and conditioning (9-18). Fitness members get CrossFit, powerlifting, HIIT, cardio kickboxing and yoga, and the first class is always free.
