About Method Jiu Jitsu & Mixed

Method MMA in Forest Hill, Maryland has taught Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mixed martial arts since 2007 from a 5,600 square foot facility with a 22-foot amateur regulation cage and over 2,000 square feet of mats. It is a GFTeam academy and a Bang Muay Thai affiliate, owned and run by Eddie Abney, a third-degree GFTeam black belt, and Michelle Abney, a second-degree black belt, with a twelve-person instructor roster covering adult and kids BJJ, no-gi, Muay Thai and MMA for ages four and up.
