About Grapple Academy Martial Arts LLC
Grapple Academy Martial Arts (Team GAMA BJJ) is a locally owned Brazilian jiu-jitsu school on Rossville Blvd in Nottingham, Maryland, serving Perry Hall, Parkville, Rosedale and White Marsh since 2014; it started in a small unit and has expanded three times into the Rossville Center. It runs gi and no-gi classes for adults, teens and youth, a women's-only gi class, Little Ninjas from age 3, youth and teen self-defence, no-gi wrestling for BJJ, an Integrated Martial Arts class and a Sunday open mat. Owner Coach Greg Lew is a BJJ black belt (2021) and San Shou black belt in the Helio Gracie / Relson Gracie / Phil Migliarese III line, and Coach Rachael Dolloff, also a black belt, heads the youth programme.
