301 MMA & Fitness in Gambrills, Maryland has been open since 2018 and is family-owned, with a large mat space and a fully equipped strength and conditioning area. Its programs are banded by age across two tracks: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi for adults (16+), teens (13-16), kids (6-12) and Tiny Ninjas (3-5), and a striking/MMA track blending boxing, kickboxing and MMA for the same age groups. It also runs a strength program called Shredded and private or small-group lessons in BJJ, striking or strength training.
