URSA Academy - Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Ann Arbor teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kids martial arts in Ann Arbor, MI to men, women and children of all backgrounds and abilities, on a scalable progression system that lets students of any experience level join at any time. Owner Kris Magers is a certified Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt professor who began training under Saulo Ribeiro; academy director Amy Magers created URSA FKB, the fitness kickboxing studio at URSA. Students describe a broad cross-section of the city on the mats rather than a fight-gym culture, with some training there thirteen years or more.
