About Gracie Humaita
Gracie Humaita St. Louis is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on Wolfrum Rd in Weldon Spring, Missouri, trading under the motto "Good People, Great Jiu Jitsu". Owner and head instructor Professor JW Wright is a 4th-degree black belt who has trained under Royler Gracie and David Adiv since 1999, earned his black belt in 2008, and has taught in the area since 2002; he teaches seminars nationally and trains law enforcement. Classes are All Belts, Youth, Teen, Women's, Gracie Fundamentals and open mat, with private lessons available from male and female instructors, and membership runs from one day a week to unlimited. The academy is an approved We Defy Foundation training facility providing jiu-jitsu to veterans, and is the head school for a network of affiliated academies across Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, Texas and Arizona.
