Its programmes are Shadow Moogis for ages 3-6, Karate for Kids (7-13), Xtreme Martial Arts freestyle forms and weapons (7+), adult martial arts (13+), Krav Maga (16+), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (13+) under the Carlos Machado curriculum, a Fit and Tone conditioning class, and in-house tournaments. The weekly timetable is organised by belt group — beginners white to camo, advanced green to red/black, a black belt class and a leadership class — with a Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu session and a kids' jiu-jitsu class alongside.
