About Immortals Jiu Jitsu
Immortals Jiu Jitsu is a single independent gym on Scoles Ave in Clifton, New Jersey, founded by Mike Rakshan — a two-time ADCC Open Champion (2022, 2023), IBJJF Pan American Champion (2024) and two-time IBJJF Worlds silver medallist whose career began at Renzo Gracie Academy in New York under John Danaher, in the room that produced Gordon Ryan, Garry Tonon and Georges St-Pierre. It runs six programmes: kids jiu-jitsu for ages 4-13 split into Minis and Juniors, adult no-gi jiu-jitsu, kids kickboxing, Muay Thai under three-time world champion Ognjen Topic, wrestling, and open mat. Live sparring follows every class and the first class is free.
