Integrated Martial Arts & Fitness (IMAF) is a martial arts school in Livingston, New Jersey, running classes year-round for children and adults. Its adult curriculum is built on Filipino martial arts — Eskrima, Kali and Arnis under the Doce Pares multi-style system founded in Cebu in 1932 — and Jeet Kune Do, focusing on close-quarter combat, weapons use and defense, alongside a separate Brazilian jiu-jitsu programme and a Combat Fitness Kickboxing class blending Jeet Kune Do with Muay Thai. The children's side is age-banded into Little Ninja (4-5), kids (6-8 and 9-12) and teens (13+), and the school also runs a women's self-defense programme and a summer camp.
