About Underdog Martial Arts
Underdog Martial Arts on Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville is a NO-GI jiu-jitsu and K1/Glory-style kickboxing gym with a Heavy Bag HIIT fitness class and kids classes for ages 5-12. Its jiu-jitsu runs from a repeatable 12-week Fundamentals curriculum through Intermediate, Skills & Drills, Takedowns for BJJ, Live Rolling and an invitation-only competition sparring class, alongside a woman-led, trauma-informed women's-only class.
