The weekly schedule covers no-gi and gi all-levels and fundamentals classes, open sparring, a Friday striking class and a free Saturday open mat. Head instructor Robert Ellison is a black belt under UFC, WEC and PRIDE veteran Jeff Curran in the Pedro Sauer lineage. Membership is a flat $175 a month for unlimited classes with no contract, drop-ins are free, and new students get a free week.
