The school says its facility is staffed by three black belt jiu-jitsu instructors with more than 55 years of combined mat experience, four assistant instructors and two certified fitness coaches, running about 40 classes a week seven days a week. Programs cover adult, women's and kids jiu-jitsu, parents' fitness and private instruction, and a free introductory class is offered.
