Coast Jiujitsu in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a veteran-owned academy led by Professor Anthony 'Tony' Wagner, an IBJJF-certified black belt with more than a decade on the mats. Adults train gi and no-gi at 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday with a Thursday Foundations gi class for newcomers, Saturday instruction-and-drilling at 9am and a gi and no-gi open mat at 10am; kids train in three age bands, 4-7, 8-11 and 12-15, with advanced teens sometimes invited into the adult classes. Muay Thai is advertised as coming soon, the first class is free, and visitors and travelling grapplers can book a drop-in.

First class free. Visitors from other gyms, tourists and new arrivals are invited to book a free drop-in class rather than paying a mat fee.
