About Rapid City Youth Boxing
Rapid City Youth Boxing operates as the Martinez Boxing Club, a nonprofit amateur boxing club at 200 E. Main Street North in Rapid City, South Dakota, and a member of USA Boxing, the governing body of Olympic-style amateur boxing. It is overseen by a board of directors, welcomes all ages, and is open Monday to Thursday from 6 to 8 pm. The club competes in tournaments that lead to national and international competition, with juniors aged 8-16 across four age groups and 17 weight classes and seniors aged 17-34 across ten weight classes, divided into novice (under 10 bouts) and open (10 or more).
