Head instructor and founder Breck Still is a 2nd-degree black belt under multiple-time world champion Samuel Braga, a Shotokan karate black belt and Pan American and World Cup kumite champion, and a former state-placing high school wrestler. Membership runs $100-$150 a month with no contracts and a free two-week trial.
