Liberdade Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu school in downtown Nashville near Wedgewood-Houston and The Gulch, led by two world champions: Professor Milton Bastos, a 4th-degree black belt with 30 years' experience, seven world titles and three Pan American titles, and Professor Alex Barcelona, a 1st-degree black belt with two world and two Pan American titles. Its timetable runs All Levels BJJ, Beginners BJJ, No Gi and Kids BJJ for ages 4-12, and the school has no gi requirement, welcoming drop-ins and offering an online video library alongside mat training.
