Frey began wrestling in Amarillo in 1997, fought professionally in MMA with 15 wins and 13 first-round finishes, and was promoted to 10th Planet black belt at headquarters in Los Angeles in 2022; he has cornered fighters in the UFC, Bellator, Rizin FF, Invicta FC and Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds. The weekly schedule covers kids' jiu-jitsu (7-13), fundamentals and mixed-levels no-gi, kickboxing, leg locks, an invite-only pro practice and two open mats.
