About TX Black Belt Academy Fort Worth
TX Black Belt Academy Fort Worth is one location of the multi-school TXBBA group, on Overton Ridge Boulevard in south-west Fort Worth, Texas. It teaches four programs — Kids Karate, Adult Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kickboxing/MMA — with the BJJ program covering gi and no-gi, positional fundamentals and controlled live rolling. The Fort Worth mat is staffed by the Bedore family: Donnie, Landon (a 4th-degree karate black belt and 1st-degree BJJ black belt), Jacob and Celeena Bedore. TXBBA also runs an in-house Fall Classic tournament with both karate and jiu-jitsu (gi, no-gi and absolute) divisions.
