The Castle is the Fort Worth MetroFlex Gym at 5501 Thelin St, a 50,000 sq ft hardcore strength facility owned by Rendy and Christine and billed as the largest MetroFlex. Its core is bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman - eleven power cages, 29 platforms, atlas stones, yokes and a car deadlift frame - but it also houses a boxing ring, an MMA cage and an on-site MMA school run by UFC coach Steven Wright, plus a boxing school and a full range of heavy and Thai bags. Memberships carry no binding contract, and discounts are offered to veterans, active duty military, police and firefighters.
