Programs are Bullyproof Little Champs (5-7) and Junior Grapplers (8-13), Jiu-Jitsu Foundations (13 and up), the intermediate/advanced Master Cycle, Striking FUNdamentals (12 and up) and WE Rise women's self-defense.
