About Gravitas Collective Jiu Jitsu
Gravitas Collective Jiu Jitsu in East Troy, WI is a deliberately technical school that treats the mat as a laboratory rather than a lecture hall, focusing on body mechanics, structural alignment and leverage instead of athleticism, with controlled sparring and an informal but respectful culture. Classes are beginner-friendly and assume no experience, fitness or martial arts background. It was founded by head instructor Dustin Krueger, a second-degree black belt who began training in 2008 and received every belt and all fifteen stripes from Pedro Sauer black belt Jon Friedland, taking his own black belt in May 2018.
