Arena Training Institute is a USA Boxing certified Olympic-style boxing gym established in 2015, with locations in Cheyenne and Laramie, Wyoming. Its boxing program is co-ed and women's, open to ages 14 and up and ranging from non-contact fitness boxing to competition, and it also runs a women's self-defense program, life coaching, and weight-loss/muscle-building training. Jiu jitsu at the facility is run as Nomad Jiu Jitsu under Professor Matthew Cano, which keeps its own separate schedule.
