mActivity is a fitness centre and health club in the East Rock neighbourhood of New Haven, Connecticut, housed in a historic industrial space finished in reclaimed wood and metal. Membership covers unlimited 30-minute group classes — mat pilates, yoga, core strength and turf circuit training — plus indoor cycling and WellBeats virtual classes, a turf functional-training zone with TRX and Synrgy360, free weights and connected cardio equipment, steam and sauna rooms, cryotherapy, compression and red-light therapy, a members' co-working lounge and a public cafe. Personal training and physical therapy are available to members and non-members, and the gym also hosts university research projects as a fee-for-service site.
