About Empire MMA and Self-defense
Empire MMA & Self-Defense in Brusly, Louisiana teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA and strength and conditioning, with BJJ classes split across ages 6-12, 12-18 and 18+ and striking classes from age 12 up.
