About Miori Martial Arts - Syracuse

Miori Martial Arts has taught in the Syracuse, New York area since 1986 and teaches Shaolin Kempo Karate, a blended system the school describes as drawing on Shaolin kung-fu, traditional Japanese karate, Japanese jiu-jitsu, judo, aikido and boxing. Classes are age-banded into Tiny Tigers (3-4), Little Dragons (5-6), Children (7-12) and Adult (12 and up), taught by certified black belt instructors across its Cicero and Cazenovia studios. The organisation was founded by Master Rick Miori, a 7th-degree black belt, and co-founded by Master Donna Miori, a 6th-degree black belt involved in martial arts since 1984.
