About Strike Martial Arts
Strike Martial Arts in Durham, North Carolina teaches a blended curriculum it calls the Strike system — boxing, karate, MCMAP, Krav Maga, sparring and weapons work with nunchucks, bo staff and escrima — organised into 45-minute classes for 5-7 year olds and hour-long classes for ages 8 and up. It also runs a play-based toddler karate class aimed at building coordination, listening and confidence before preschool. Memberships are sold online by training frequency, from once a week up to a four-times-weekly Ultimate tier that adds MMA open mats and XMA tricking classes, and a family membership covers households of four to eight.
