Highland Village, a lakeside suburb north of Lewisville, holds **Rafael Formiga Jiu Jitsu Academy — Double Five HV**, the home base of Rafael Barbosa "Formiga" — a 13x World Champion and 5th/6th-degree black belt with Alliance affiliation under the Double Five JJ umbrella. Formiga's competition résumé puts this among the most decorated head instructor credentials in all of DFW.
